产品简介：Introduction

短切原丝毡或简称短切毡是将玻璃纤维原丝短切成50mm长度，均匀地降落在平面网上，用聚酯粉末（或乳液）粘结剂在一定温度下使其粘结而制成的一种玻璃纤维无纺增强材料。

产品应用：Applications

短切毡作为一种主要的玻璃纤维无纺增强材料，是FRP手胡工艺中用量*大的增强材料，也用于一些机械成型工艺，如RTM、缠绕、模压等。典型产品有：各种板材、船艇、浴室成套设备、汽车部件和冷却塔等。

包装：Packaging

中天俊达所产短切毡，使用直径为76mm的纸管卷取，毡卷包覆聚乙烯塑料袋并装入瓦楞纸箱。如要求托盘包装时，每托盘竖放16或12箱，横放9或6箱。托盘堆高不大于2层，纸箱堆高不超过5层。

Chopped strand mat from Zhongtian Junda , is wound on cardboard tube of 76mm inside diameter , after covered with a polyethylene plastic bag, then packaged with a cardboard box . If  packaged with pallet , there should be 16 or 12 cartons placed vertically on each pallet; 9 or 6 cartons placed horizontally on a pallet . The pallets should be stocked 2 layers high maximum ,and the cartons 5 layers maximum when stocked .    

贮存：Storage

产品应置于干燥、凉爽处，储存温度5-35°C，湿度35-65°C的环境下*佳。若不用，请勿打开包装，以免受潮，影响使用。

The product should be stored in dry and cool place where is the best condition if  has the temperature 5-35°C and the humidity 35-65°C. Unless use , the package must be kept intact in order to prevent moisture away .
