移动破碎机

我公司与英国BLOCK＆TACKLE 公司联合开发的牛头犬的迷你碎石机是全液压传动，填补了国内空白，可以自行行走的新一代碎石机。

 

牛头犬破碎机能够破碎很多种材料，从玻璃到混凝土。鄂板式破碎箱是液压调节的可以破碎出从100mm到10mm大小的成品。它能够破碎混凝土、大理石、花岗岩、井栏石、砖头、石块、燧石、铺路板和陶瓷。它的鄂板有650公斤的力量，即使*硬的自然界的石头都不是问题。

 

BC2700有卸载高度为1.8米的传送带，可以直接将物料装到垃圾倾倒车，翻斗车等。强化混凝土可以通过摘除传送带来进行处理（摘除过程需要6分钟）。机器带有标准接头的除尘设备。可选的振动筛选筛能够将20mm以上的物料筛选出来，生成理想的粗砾，表层以及排水系统的材料。

 

BC2700有很高的机动性，能够在1.2米宽、2米高的空间进行工作，可以原地转圈。履带是橡胶的，由液压马达驱动。机器重量2700公斤。机器可以理想的将空间紧张的大堆物料变成容易清除的，体积有限的以及可以重复利用的材料。

 

装载高度1960mm。机器可以用手装料，抓斗或者传动带装料。*有效地装料方式是用带有450mm铲斗的360铲车进行装料。

THE BULLDOG CRUSHER

 

The BULLDOG crusher is a brand new unique product developed by our company and our UK partner. It is a mobile crusher with a complete hydraulic controlling system.

 

The Bulldog Crusher is capable of crushing material ranging from glass to reinforced concrete. The jaw crusher is hydraulically adjustable to produce material ranging from 100mm,down to 10mm.It is able to crush concrete, marble, granite setts and kerbstones, blocks, flint, paving slabs and porcelain, The jaw has a crushing power of 650 kilonewtons so the hardest natural rock poses no problem.

 

The BC2700 has a conveyor with a discharge height of 1.8meters, allowing loading straight to dumpers, skips, windrows etc. Reinforced concrete can be processed with the conveyor removed (a process which takes 6 minutes).The crusher has dust suppression fitted as standard. An optional mounted oscillation screener is capable of moving material from 20mm down, producing an ideal blinding grit, separating topsoil or creating drainage mediums.

 

The BC2700 is highly mobile, capable of accessing tight spaces with a width of 1.2 , metres and a height of 2.0 metres and capable of turning on the spot. The tracks are rubber and powerd by hydraulic motors. Track weight is 2700kg.This machine is ideal for reducing bulky materials to ease removal from tight spaces, limiting volume and producing re-usable materials.

 

Loading height is 1960mm.The machine can be loaded by hand, Bobcat or conveyor. The most effective method of loading is by 360 excavators using a 450mm trenching bucket.
