本机型适用于水深不超过2米的渠道中的大颗粒物质的去除，是先进的拦污设备。传动部件均在水面以上，结构简单、维护方便。
       本机由驱动装置、机架、除污耙、撇渣机构、同步链条、栅条等组成。
       本机两内侧各有一圈链条作同步运转，当链条由除污机上部的驱动装置带动后，耙架受链条铰结点和导轨的约束作平面运动，当耙板运动到除渣口部位时，除渣装置在重力作用下，把耙板上的污物铲刮到除渣口。
本机可与微机联网控制。
       本单位生产的SGL型机械格栅除污机可依用户的具体要求，做详细配套设计。

High-Chain kind bar screen -----Type-SGL
General:
      This machine is suitable for removal of big particles, with water depth less than 2m, which is an advanced screen waste removal device.The driving parts are over the water, simple structure; easy maintenance
     This device is consisted of driving part, machine frame, rake, skimming part, Synchro- chain, bar and so on.
    There is each chain at opposite inner sides of the machine takes synchronous movement. When the chains are driven by the driving part of machine’s topper, the rake frame will make a plane movement because of the engagement of chain’s connecting and rails. When the rake moved to touch dregs removal device, due to gravity, the dreg removal/skimming device will takes the dregs to the mouth of dregs removal/skimming device.
   This machine can be controlled by PC
